What to write about
- Bug reports: a tool that does not start, shows a wrong number or behaves oddly in your browser.
- Corrections: an error, unclear explanation or out-of-date detail in a guide. Include the page address and the sentence you mean.
- Suggestions: a new guide, a new tool or a feature that would make the existing ones more useful.
- Privacy questions: anything about how the site handles data. Start with the privacy page.
What to include in a bug report
A short message with these details is usually enough to find the problem: the tool name or page address, your browser and version, your operating system, your mouse model if it matters, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
What this site cannot do
DPI Analyzer cannot repair or diagnose an individual mouse, provide warranty support, or read the DPI stored inside your mouse. A web page only sees what the browser receives. For the configured value, use your mouse manufacturer's software, and read how to check mouse DPI for the alternatives.
Replies
Messages are read by the site owner. Replies can take several days, and not every suggestion will be added. Corrections to guides are made on the page and the update date is changed when the content changes.
